These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wander Bombay website and related features (the "Service"), operated by Wander Bombay ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wander Bombay is a free guide that helps you discover places and things to do in Mumbai, build an itinerary, and mark places you have visited. The Service is provided for general informational and personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Accounts

Some features require signing in with a Google account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account data at any time.

3. User submissions

The Service may let you submit places and related details. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and not unlawful, infringing, misleading, or offensive. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your submission within the Service. We may review, edit, moderate, or remove submitted content at our discretion, and we are not obligated to publish any submission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, harmful, infringing, or offensive content;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;

The Service displays information from third-party sources, including maps, ratings, opening hours, and photos provided by Google, OpenStreetMap, CARTO, Wikipedia, and others. This information is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not operate the venues or attractions listed and are not responsible for them. Please verify details directly before relying on them or visiting a location. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Map data and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and attributions. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
